Mindfulness weekly sessions, 6-7pm every Tuesday evening. Advance booking is essential to avoid disappointment as places are limited.
These one-hour sessions introduce daily Mindfulness practice to help you become more aware of your thoughts, emotions and body sensations, aimed at improving concentration, attention and general wellbeing.,
All are welcome and no experience in Mindfulness or meditation is required. Just bring yourself, a gentle curiosity and a willing mind! Guidance and gentle instruction will be given in small, friendly groups.
The sessions will be run by Amanda McGough, a qualified nurse and Mindfulness teacher from the NHS Mindfulness and Wellbeing Service.
