This workshop is designed to help complementary therapy practitioners advise their clients about modern health supplements which may be of benefit to a wide range of common ailments.

There is a strong argument both FOR and AGAINST taking supplements and the workshop will endeavour to explore the pros and cons of this area.

We will be looking at some common ailments that affect specific systems of the body, what supplements are available for recommendation and what the optimum dosages should be for each one.

The course structure will include:

  • Introduction to supplements
  • The pros and cons of taking supplements
  • The vitamin supplements
  • The mineral supplements
  • The herbal supplements
  • The nutritional supplements
  • Supplements in relation to common ailments

A portfolio of information will be provided for you to take away for future reference.
